I am Adil Zaman, a researcher, teacher, and social science research consultant working in the fields of political science and international relations. My work focuses on understanding how political institutions, electoral processes, and citizen behavior shape democratic outcomes, particularly in developing and transitional democracies.

Professionally, I serve as a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Gujrat, Pakistan. Over the years, my academic work has centered on areas such as political behavior, electoral integrity, democratic governance, political communication, and strategic studies. Alongside teaching, I actively engage in research, supervising postgraduate students and contributing to academic discussions on contemporary political issues.

My research interests lie at the intersection of politics, society, and empirical inquiry. I am particularly interested in studying how factors such as political awareness, campaign communication, social media engagement, and institutional trust influence voting behavior and democratic participation. Through this work, I aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of democracy in societies where political institutions are still evolving.

Beyond academia, I work as a social science research consultant, supporting scholars, institutions, and organizations in designing and conducting rigorous research.
